1. Shipping Locations

We offer pan-India delivery to ensure that our customers receive their favorite jewelry anywhere in the country.
For international shipping, reach us on WhatsApp number directly.

2.Instant Delivery (Hyderabad Residents Only)

We are excited to offer Instant Delivery for our customers within Hyderabad to ensure you get your favorite pieces as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 7:00 PM: Will be delivered on the same day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM: Will be delivered within 24 hours.

3.Domestic Shipping (All India)

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders across India when your cart value reaches ₹3,500 or above.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹3,500, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

4. Processing & Dispatch Time

Dispatch Time: Once processed, the order will be dispatched within 24 hours (for standard products).
Delivery Time: After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 10-15 days, depending on location and courier service availability.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7-10 business days after dispatch
Remote Areas & Villages: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Charges: A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applied to all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.
You can track your order on our website or through the respective courier partner’s website.

8. Undelivered & Lost Shipments

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in coordinating with the courier company to resolve the issue.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, reshipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
We will assess the case and initiate a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
