1. No Returns or Exchanges : –  All purchases made from Vijaya Jewellery are final sale and are non-refundable.
  – We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items, including custom-made or personalized jewellery.

2.Quality Assurance : – We ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected and packaged with care before shipment. However, we recommend customers carefully inspect their items upon receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Items : – In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

– We will work with you to repair or replace the item, subject to our discretion and availability.

4. Order Cancellations : – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
– After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they may have entered the production or shipping process.

5.Custom Order : – Custom-made or personalized items are crafted based on specific customer requirements and are  *non-refundable*  and *non-cancellable* once production begins.
